Ryan's 31st Birthday was Thursday... 3-19 he spent it working on the house, well worth the paint job looks awesome!

We had Jeremiah (Ryan's bro)his wife Tisha, Ryan's parents and us, very low key! That's the kind of birthday's you have when you get to a certain age!

Our Newest project 2009

Ryan and I decided after 8 years our house needed a face lift~ New paint, new flooring (not in yet in this picyet), new trim, new touch ups~~ etc... Here are some pics of the work in progress. Jim, Ryan's dad was a HUGE help, if anybody knows Jim they know he is a hard worker.
I was very glad we had his experience on this job! I will post more pics as they become available....
